Returns

We accept returns within 7** days** of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with the product.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or other reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Clearance or final sale items (where applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging

We'll review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Veriqo will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
